It’s been a minute, and we’ve been busy
Wow, it seems kind of unreal to think that our website has been live for almost 6 months now. We’ve been busy in the mean time. I’ve been to Maine feeding hikers on the Appalachian Trail out of my Element, my wife had a major health event that is thankfully fully resolved now, and we have come out with a lot of new products with many, many, many new products on the way. Some stuff that’s never been done before with Element’s. So hang on, this might get a little wild. I often get asked why I don’t post the pricing of our services or parts here on the site. There are a few reasons. My first few jobs, besides the Marine Corps, were in retail, and personal interaction with customers is something that I greatly enjoy. That is one reason that I have a contact for pricing button on every listing, because I want to make sure that the part is a great fit for your needs. I also want to make sure that you aren’t ordering a part that might be on back order right now, or that is currently out of stock. And finally. Websites and hosting services all want their cut if something is being sold on the internet. These fees would drive our prices up by about 12%, and if you know me, then you know I’m always trying to keep costs down to make our offerings affordable. One of our main goals is to help people. So all that to say this. Thanks for checking out our website. Please feel free to ask questions. If you are local to North Carolina, let’s set up an appointment and get your Element into the shop for a look over. If you’re from out of state, we can accommodate you as well. With many AirBnB’s, etc, in the area, we have many customers that drive to the shop for service. We’ve had customers from Detroit, New York, Florida, Virginia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, South Carolina, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, and even California, to name a few, come to the shop to have work done, and we’ve shipped parts to nearly every state in the union, and most of the Canadian Provinces. 2026 looks to be a great year for the Element community as we have many plans for new parts releases. You are invited to go along with us on this journey, and hopefully you get to enjoy some of the new products we will be coming out with. And finally. Merry Christmas from us to you!
